Church of All Nations is seeking a friendly, organized, and passionate Kids Director to lead our Children’s ministry. This individual has a heart for shepherding young hearts (3 months–5th grade), equipping families, and building a strong team of volunteers. The ideal candidate is organized, biblically grounded, and excited to collaborate in our church-wide mission: To Know Him and to Make Him Known.

• Provide vision and leadership for all children’s ministry environments (Sunday, midweek, nursery, special events)

• Build strong, supportive relationships with children and their families

• Recruit, train, and care for a dynamic team of volunteers

• Manage creative, age-appropriate, Christ-centered curriculum

• Collaborate with church staff to integrate children’s ministry into the broader life of the church

• Align all ministry practices with Church of All Nations and the Assemblies of God biblical and theological values

• A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a calling into Children’s Ministry

• Experience working with children in a church or ministry setting (preferred)

• Pursuing credentials or bachelors degree in ministry (preferred)

• Must be creative (think outside the box in engaging children and families)

• Proven leadership and team-building skills
